For the San Fernando Valley CA office, they are processing December 6, 2014 as of June 30, 2015.

I hope that means I should be expecting to hear from them anytime now. It's now August and if they maintain the rate they are going, they should be processing February 2015 applicants now. **wishful thinking**

There are basically two groups of us... those who had an interview in the first couple months and those of us on waivers. Most of the waiver people are still waiting. But I now feel more optimistic about the time line for approval than I did two months ago.

K-1 from Haiti - NOA1: 5/27/2014; NOA2: 7/8 USCIS never updated to say that it was sent to the NVC (just in case you're as concerned about your status not updating as I was about mine)
NVC Case Number Received: 7/31; Left NVC: 8/1 - tracked via DHL website; CEAC Status - Ready: 8/7; Packet 3 Received: 9/5 - Beneficiary received packet / Medical Completed: 9/19;
DS-160 Submitted: 9/22 - (CEAC date updated); Packet 3 Submitted: 9/26; Packet 4 Received: 10/24; Interview Date: 11/6 @ 7 am Interview Result: Approved!
CEAC Status Issued: 11/10; USTraveldocs.com finally acknowledged Fiance's passport actually in their system: 11/20; Passport Received: 11/21;

POE: 11/23/2014; Wedding: 2/14/2015

AOS/EAD/AP Filed: 2/21/2015;

Nothing after receiving a "your interview will be scheduled" notice since April. My local office is still processing Sept 7 2014 applications, so they are running almost a year in delay. No hopes for interview until Jan or Feb of next year.

I'm sorry about no news. I guess I was wrong, there's the worst group of not knowing. Can you can uscis and see what they'll tell you? Maybe the better question is, is it worse to call and hold and get someone who doesn't know much or just to wait? Tough call. Good luck

PK where is your local office? Mine is Santa Ana and at tthis point they are still in August or September 2014. Been totally a long wait.. A friend who applied for AOS in July 2014 got her green card in less than 2 months. I guess thats the time the pile up and the delay that we are experiencing rught now started. So unfortunate.

Hello,

On Friday, August 28.

My status changed to my case has been scheduled for an interview for October 2,2015. I filed in February 17,2015 and my field office is In Santa Ana California.. Perhaps their information online regarding processing times is not accurate at all.
