I'm in New York. EAD/AP arrived last month. Our application was received Feb 26. No update since biometrics in March.

When I look up our field office processing time, it says they're processing from August 8, 2014. No idea how accurate that is, but still going to be a long wait.

When did you apply? No employment id yet? Are you from california too?

I received my potential interview waiter letter today in my mail box.

My AOS NOA1 date is February 3, 2015.

We got ours today too - dated June 11th. It makes checking our status regularly pointless. It's like a guarantee of no news for six months which makes me so jealous of all the people who filed in February and already have their green cards. I've been reading the NPIW thread and am somewhat encouraged by all the people who were approved in May. I'm hoping for more good news for everyone.

My husband did travel on his AP last week and had no problems in the US. The workers in Haiti on the other hand didn't know what it was and so he said he had to prove that he had just come from the USA and had to get a supervisor to confirm the validity of his EAD for travel. So if you're thinking about traveling, know that it's not that big of a deal though being prepared for a few extra questions is wise.

How many other February filers have gotten a potential waiver letter?

K-1 from Haiti - NOA1: 5/27/2014; NOA2: 7/8 USCIS never updated to say that it was sent to the NVC (just in case you're as concerned about your status not updating as I was about mine)
NVC Case Number Received: 7/31; Left NVC: 8/1 - tracked via DHL website; CEAC Status - Ready: 8/7; Packet 3 Received: 9/5 - Beneficiary received packet / Medical Completed: 9/19;
DS-160 Submitted: 9/22 - (CEAC date updated); Packet 3 Submitted: 9/26; Packet 4 Received: 10/24; Interview Date: 11/6 @ 7 am Interview Result: Approved!
CEAC Status Issued: 11/10; USTraveldocs.com finally acknowledged Fiance's passport actually in their system: 11/20; Passport Received: 11/21;

POE: 11/23/2014; Wedding: 2/14/2015

AOS/EAD/AP Filed: 2/21/2015;

USCIS EAD & AP received: 2/25; USCIS AOS received: 2/27; Received NOA1s in mail: 3/5; Biometrics: 3/26; EAD/AP Card in Production: 5/11; EAD/AP Card Mailed: 5/1; EAD/AP Card Received 5/19; NPIW Letter dated: 6/11/15; Green card Approved: 10/1/15;

Green card Received: 10/7/15

We were stuck on "fingerprint fee was received." I had a sneaking suspicion this might happen since nothing in this whole immigration process has been speedy for us!

What was your previous status? Ready to be scheduled for Interview?

I see...yeah its a same situation here. I have been stuck in ready to interview for more than 3 months now. I think my interview is not waived as it did move to Ready for Interview. Hopefully get it scheduled soon. I know someone who filed on Jan 12th 3 weeks before me and got their interview scheduled last month for June 15th which gave me a hope that I might get mine scheduled for mid of July but no updates yet.

It's so frustrating isn't it? I am so bummed we got ours today. It's not really bad news, just annoying. We really wanted to go to Canada soon for a visit but we have to wait for GC.

I was hoping we'd have it so we wouldn't have to travel on AP, but it's good to know your husband didn't have a problem.

It's so confusing to see the range in approvals. I think my field office is just too slow. You should get an interview-I hope you hear something soon! :)

If they were more transparent about wait times, this would be a be a heck of a lot easier.

Got our interview waiver in the mail today. Kind of cool that we may not have to go thru the interview process again, but sucks we may have to wait another 6 months. At this point I'm glad we got some type of update!

Big congratulations to everyone who has been approved and received their Green card!

I'm still awaiting my interview date, guessing my local field office has a backlog that it is dealing with.

Passed my driving test on Friday, Does anybody happen to know how long the card license takes to arrive in the mail? I currently have a paper interim license.

Looking forward to everything moving forward! :)

Again, good luck everyone and congrats to those who have been approved!

You should receive your DL card in less than 2 weeks!

Today I received my permanent resident card. I am so glad and thankful to be allowed to live with my beautiful wife together in this fantastic, world's best country.:-)

NOA was February 23rd

Approval on May 27th

Fantastic timeline despite ab rfe we got.

Good luck to all of you !!!
