Today April 27th my AP got approved and EAD says card was ordered to be produced

Hey Philly512,

Congrats for the approval. Let me ask you something, did your EAD status changed to something else before you get the "Ordered to be produced"?

Best.

Actually yes and I was freaking out. Today around 9am both statuses changes to "name updated" ...I even made a post about it cause I was so confused ...then after 20 min the AP changed to approved but the other stayed like that until an hour ago (4:30pm)

I received my letter for our interview.

It's in Atlanta this time which seems odd since we went to Jacksonville for our biometrics! But hey, never mind! Atlanta is closer!

Does anyone have any experience of the Atlanta GA office? Especially for interviews? Any tips for parking/hotels etc in the area? How are the staff there? Friendly?

Anyone willing to share their interview experience? It's so scary! I'm not sure why, but it is! Eek!

It's great to see that everyone is starting to get approvals and appointments etc so quick!

I've been scrolling through this forum and it has been an excellent help! :)

I'm actually looking to see if someone can help me out with estimating my EAD approval date. my timeline is as follows:

Filed: 17th Feb 2015

Receipt - 23rd Feb 2015

Biometrics complete - 19th March 2015

Status updated to ready for interview scheduling - 27th March 2015.

I've heard nothing since. Its the EAD i'm anxious for, though the interview date would be nice, i'm looking forward to applying for my SSN and taking my driving test here (Los Angeles, California).

If anybody could help me estimate it, that would be incredible. Thanks so much!
