Yayyyy for you getting your appointment ...just got out of mine and Im kinda mad and worried, 2 of my fingerprints were rejected by the computer even tho the lady tried a few times :( and for what I've been reading it all means they'll send me a new date for another appt which means my process will get delayed for a few weeks :/

Oh no! Thats so frustrating! Which office did you have to attend for it? Was it far away from where you live? I wonder if you could attend another one for your next appointment? Or at least try a walk in and explain your reasons for wanting it quicker as soon as you get your new appointment date!

It's a hour and a half drive. I live in a small town in PA so my closest ones are both in Philadelphia, about the same drive just different dorections if you know what I mean ...I guess I just have to wait for what else do I have to do and go from there :/

Hi Philly512, that happened to me too! My left hand middle finger was rejected by the system no matter how many times we've tried. But the lady "override" it and said it happens and it should be fine since they got the rest of my fingerprints. I think you're okay so long as she signed your letter with date stamp.

Hopefully your lady is rigth ...My lady signed and stamped the letter but said that it was all up to the FBI, Im trying to not worry much about it, if I have to go back it just gonna take a few more weeks but hey, things happen ...I just hope that if I have to go back it's not on the same date that we are taking my girls to Disneyland as a Bday gift for the older one lol

Just checked my status online and it says " Case is ready to be scheduled for an Interview". What does it mean? My paperwork is complete at this point.

Oh wow that's great, when did you get your biometrics done?

Hello all I am getting ready to file AOS and need to understand the medical portion after k1 any help is greatly appreciated

Hello!

So when you had your medical done for the embassy back home, you had to leave all the medical paperwork at the embassy, except for one sheet - the vaccination record. Well, at least that's how it is in the Czech Republic anyways. The instructions for the AOS package state that if you had already done the medical check back home, then you can now attach to the application only the vaccination record. Does it make sense?

The biometrics were done on March 6th. The status for AP and EAD didnt change yet.

Hi prince_86, did you do an early walking for the biometrics appointment? Did you get any sms or emails notifying your application status has changed?

Just thought I would chime in here,

Wife already did Biometrics a few weeks ago, now we are just waiting. VJ timeline estimates says we should some approvals around mid-April.

Now I have a question, what next after we get those approvals, what we have to do and how long do we have to wait?? if anyone knows the answer to this or seen a thread that says please advise

Received the Biometrics letter for I-485 and I-765 on March 8th (dated Feb 27th), the appointment was today. Got done with biometrics in 10 mins. I asked the person if there was going to be a separate biometrics letter for I-131 and she said yes.
