Hi everyone,

I couldn't find a thread related to my problem so I started a new topic.

Just so you know my background here: I arrived in the US on a K1 visa on December 12th 2014, we got married on January 2nd, filed for AOS, EAD and AP and received all NOA1s yesterday (jan 29th).

My problem is the following: my I94 form is not up to date and I'm not sure if this is normal or not. It says my last entry was in June 2014, but it's obviously not! My most recent entry is my "K1" entry in December... So I don't know what to think. Does anyone know if it takes a long time to update, or does it only show "tourist" entries and not Visa entries?

I realized now that I used this form for my AOS application and also for my social security card application (which I haven't received yet, it's been more than 4 weeks...). Could this be a problem? If yes how do I fix it?

If it was indeed a big problem, is my AOS gonna be denied? Or should I expect an RFE?

For some reasons I never really paid attention to this I mean I saw my I94 was not up to date but I never worried about it until this morning where it really hit me and I started panicking lol...

I hope someone can help me

I'm new to the forum although this website has been of tremendous help throughout the whole visa process I've never posted anything so far so please tell me if I did something wrong or don't hesitate to move my topic to another category if more appropriate or whatever :)

Thank you so much for your help :D

Your i94 will be up to date, it can be a stamp on your passport but I didn't get one on mine and I had to get a copy of it online its free to do this.https://i94.cbp.dhs.gov/I94/request.html;jsessionid=yV1nJLGPZDp82KlywGr4KgQ3f9gtYv6hRYwrqzvTYxlfG2B2dppd!1673753938 Apparently they have gone electronic from what I have just seen on Google.

Welcome to the site by the way.

Hey Shell20 thanks for your quick reply. I was indeed talking about my electronic form, the one you get from the cbp website. So do you think it's a problem? (I do have the stamp on my passport on my K1 visa page btw)

Thank you :)
