Dropping the charges is in no way, shape, or form proof of false allegations. Comprehension is apparently not your forte.

Exactly. It simply means the DA does not have sufficient evidence to proceed, because the state can't prove Zimmerman threw the bottle beyond a reasonable doubt. Why? Because the main witness -- the victim -- withdrew her allegation. Sometimes the DA will proceed in the absence of a victim statement if he or she feels there is sufficient evidence to proceed, but when it comes down to two people, no witnesses, it becomes significantly harder. So, in your world, when the DA drops all charges, it means you are still guilty because the allegation is against someone you don't like. So, if you get arrested and falsely charged and get convicted, well that's just the way it goes. Who are these folks that have the facts? Where do they live? Are they voices in your head or did you just stop taking your meds?

Benefit of the doubt for an isolated occurrence. Sure, I can see that. But this is his third domestic violence episode since he got away with murder.
