It's not surprising, but then Jordan doesn't have the best the human rights record. Neither does Saudi for that matter. Seems like Jordan gets a pass for doing much the same things. SMH

The US doesn't have any problem burning the enemy alive. We left crispy critters all over Kuwait, Iraq, and Afghanistan, not to mention a few Japanese and Germans during WWII. And then there was Vietnam -- Foo Gas, Napalm, and Willey Pete.

War is not pretty, nor should it be. However, every since Desert Storm and the nightly follies, the greater American public only sees the little puff of smoke when the missile or smart bomb hits its target. It all looks so clean and surgical from thousands of feet in the air. Obama likes that even one more step removed where the pilot can be on the other side of the world, fly his RC drone toward a suspected target, and fire a hellfire missile. Just a target. No smell of burning flesh, no dismembered troops. No boots on the ground.

So are you agreeing with Isis burning the pilot then? After all, they consider themselves at war and clearly saw the Jordanian pilot as an enemy.
