DS260 for Follow to JOin

Hi.. my husband has EB3 visa and he is now in the US. Me and our kids are Follow to join. I have a problem in filling out the DS260 form because it says there in CEAC website that it's NOT AVAILABLE. But when i check our Visa Status it says there READY. What could be the problem? Please anyone help me with this..

Jadz....Have you contacted the NVC directly at 1-603-334-0700 from the hours of US Eastern Standard Time 0700-2400 hrs to ask them directly. They will ask for you case number when calling, I hope this helps you get started on the path soon!

Adam and Maria.. hi! i haven't contacted NVC yet to that number.. I just emailed IVMNLappoinment@state.gov as directed by USembassy Manila and just received an automated reply. I'll ask my husband to call NVC though.. Thank you

You can also call directly to the consular section at the USEM Manila Embassy to see if you can get a status update from them as well....Good Luck and keep us all informed here, all information is helpful!
