Hi Everyone,

So finally we got our NOA 2 last Friday and now can move to next stage. I've done a lot of research on the next part in what to prepare for the UK side of things especially with the great guide from Nich-Nick and Vanitas. Hoping someone can just whip through my list and make sure I haven't missed anything off or interpreted something wrongly. I'm tying any shortcuts too in cutting down time since the NOA 2 wait.

Already Done:

• Got Long Form Birth Certificate
• Got Police Certificate
• Got Jabs (flu too as looks like my AOS could fall into flu season)
• US & UK photos done
• Continued relationship evidence refreshed (though seems to not be needed but I have it anyway)

To be done:

• Fiancee phones the NVC from week after next every day to get our new case number
• Fiancee prepares I-134, letter from employer (as per VJ template), IRS transcripts, Bank Statement (not all needed just being safer than sorry). Also refresh intent to marry (easy to print out) so I have it just in case though looks unlikely to be needed if all goes well. Fiancee sends this all to me before interview appointment.
• When we get new case number (seems I can do all this in one day as long as I get a date for the medical):
  • Phone Knightsbridge Doctors to get medical appointment as soon as I can
  • Fill in medical questionnaire
  • Complete online form DS-160
  • Complete Notification of Application Readiness (when I have medical appointment)
• Pay for Visa when I have interview date.
• On medical make sure I get a copy of DS-3025 for the AOS.

so anything I missed in preparation or all good?

That all looks right compared to what I've read on here!

As you had your NOA 1 in late November and mine early December, hopefully I won't be too far behind... need to get a move on with my jabs and police record when I get back from visiting my fiancee next week!

Good post Rob. It shows you've been doing your homework and making lists to keep things straight.

**US & UK photos done--do you have 4 for the medical forms?

**Got Jabs (flu too as looks like my AOS could fall into flu season)--the beauty of getting signed off at Knightsbridge is that if you are complete on the day of record, it doesn't matter if your AOS goes into next flu season, you are still complete for USCIS without a flu shot.

**On medical make sure I get a copy of DS-3025 for the AOS.--make sure they fill it out correctly before you leave and give you the waiver for varicella. (And everybody else, make sure they mark the waiver for "not flu season" which is F)

**Bank statements-- Meh.. What does that prove really? Well unless she needs to make up for shortfall of salary with assets.

Think we are going to go with the IRS transcript, contract (featuring details of job and salary) and some pay stubs. Does that sound about right?

Also, for the police certificate, did you literally scan in a passport photo?
