Approved!!!

He said everyone there was apologetic for the mishap last Thursday. They looked at his name and said "You get to go to the front of the line" so looks like they were all told to look out for him (kinda cool). Interview went great. They only asked one question "How did you meet" and stamped it approved. He asked how long with this take seeings how we were supposed to have it last week and was hoping to be there Saturday and she said it will go in the expedite pile and he watches her put it in a expedite red box :-) Not sure if that means it will be there that quickly but still the feeling is amazing!!!

Congrats on all the approvals!

Got less than 2 weeks left in England now. Finishing work on Thursday, got a trip away with the parents this weekend, packing and sorting out my belongings next week (+ birthday/party) then I'll finally be in America. Been saying goodbye to friends and it's been fun seeing people, but at the same time I can't wait to get going!

Congrats you two! That's so amazing. Kas has been reading london rejections all morning. I just got off the phone with him. He's totally wearing my shoes right now and I can see how unruly I can be with my fears and or assumptions.

Most of the rejections he read had to deal with health issues (which he has none of) and police history (which he has none of-he doesn't even have a speeding ticket!). I'm ready for Thursday to be over with just so he can see that we are going to be fine! I can't wait to read your reviews so that I can show him how much of an anticlimactic non event this interview really is.... ✌️

Do you remember what sort of health issues stopped those people being approved? I bet he's bricking it after reading all that! I'll be thinking of you guys on Thursday.

One thing I do know is the Chinese lady at window 1 was having a bad day

Deja vu from July 2008. Grumpy Asian lady at window 1. She was our document person too. She was soft spoken and difficult to hear through the thick glass, especially when she turned away and kept talking toward the back. My husband had to keep saying "Pardon?" and was getting frustrated not understanding what she was asking for. And she was glaring at him like he was an idiot. At that time, nothing was online, so there were four paper DS- forms to hand in plus the documents. He pushed his whole pile of papers under the glass finally and said "Here, pick out what you need." She glared because they were all a disheveled mess by that time. She pushed a lot of it back to him. I just stood back and watched.

Oh dear, I wonder if the person knew they had it before they went >_<.

You'd think if someone kept saying "pardon" you would speak up a bit! My CO glared at me ever so slightly because I smirked for a second when I had to swear the oath. Whoops!

Congratulations to both couples approved today!

I've read numerous reports about Grumpy. Hoping Happy is there when I attend.

Chris, tell your fiance what he's doing is the equivalent of watching air crashes before flying! He's going to work himself into a frenzy. Only two more days of biting nails. I bet you can't wait for it to be over!

I think he will be a lot more carefree once it's over with! I know we will be just fine, but trying to convince a Taurus of that is proving to be a challenge! Ha!!

I find it disturbing that a panel physician wouldn't inform a Visa applicant of a class A condition (infectious syphilis or TB) BEFORE the interview. Syphilis can be treated in 3 weeks!!
