Depends what those documents are for. The results of the medical are sent directly to the embassy and you're given them back at the time of the interview. I received a CD and an empty A4 sized envelope. Current medical conditions may require a doctors letter to take to knightsbright. You'll also be given an 3025 form with the vaccination list either required or not. Keep this it's super important for adjust. If not ask for one. Some people have not been given one.

Really all that's required for knightsbridge is current and vaccination schedules. If not you can get charged later, but isn't a k1 requirement far as i'm aware.

Older records aren't required, but recommended. A doctor will look at you regardless if anything is needed and make up their own mind.

Kas' medical is on Thursday, should he ask for any documentation to have for personal records/further down the road when we adjust status?

They will give him a photocopy of the DS-3025 immunization sheet, which will hopefully be complete so you don't have to pay a civil surgeon in the US to fill out another. That's all they hand out.

His medical results will go to the embassy, then sent (sealed) to him with his passport, then turned in at POE, sent to National Records Center, and eventually will be married up with the AOS file once you apply.

Knightsbridge has no use for the chest x-Ray on cd once they write their report, so send it to the embassy to pass back to him in case he wants it. It is not needed for an future immigration purpose.

Thank you! Yes-he's going to get his immunizations done on the spot to have a complete bill of health.

Tell him to insist. The nurse can sound very convincing that he doesn't have to do that and can go get free shots on NHS. She simply does not understand AOS, so warn him she gives wrong info. Once he leaves Knightsbridge without all shots current, he pays again in the US.

Received the NVC letter today-I have to say, it's shocking that it took almost a month to receive this letter from our Case Number being assigned and two weeks since our case has been in London. US Immigration obviously doesn't know that timeliness is next to godliness.

I booked it "provisionally" last week with STA travel as they "hold" the reservation for you and it was only an extra £80 to change the day of the flight last minute if my visa didn't arrive in time

STA travel looked great, though I'm not sure I'd qualify for the youngster price since I turn 26 before I fly. Though, I'm being picky with this flight, since I really want a direct flight to my final destination from England. I hate connecting flights in Philadelphia because the second flight is 4 hours. I'd rather have a short flight to London then a long one to Denver - my last stop! - especially if I have to go through POE. I've saved the money so I'm ok with paying a bit more for the flight I want :). Treat yo' self!

This time next week I'll be travelling down to London the day before my interview! Can't believe it's next week that I have my interview. Starting to feel a bit nervous.
