Huh, bummer. That complete guide was so helpful up until now so I figured the number would work. It claims that sometimes people don't get letters at all, so that's my biggest fear. I will try emailing I suppose. I assume you can just find the contact info on the London Embassy website?

It can't be edited so changes are added to the end.

I never really found the whole "medical to interview" thing that helpful unfortunately because it all depends on when you submit the DS 160 and Notification of Readiness as well. For example, if someone has done the DS 160 and the N of R before their medical (so their medical is the last thing they do) their time from medical to interview is going to be much shorter than someone who does the medical first and then the other things a few days later, which was our case for the N of R.

Most people do their DS-160 and Readiness first and the medical tends to be the last thing to the embassy. Yours are only 2 days apart so not a huge difference. Your Readiness actually was submitted and received Jan 10, and your medical results would have reached them after that. The value of the time thread is to see that it is not consistent and times can vary by weeks.

Contact form---I was going to give you a link to the contact form (email) but notice the entire website changed and my bookmark is invalid. I searched and found this https://uk.usembassy.gov/visas/iv_contact_form/

But they have taken off all the reasons for contact except for three, none of which are tell me my status or I have a question not found on the website. Will have a look around later and see what they have done new. lots to look at.

Still waiting on the interview letter... Not sure at which point I should try calling the Visa Specialist Unit at the Department of State.

Here is the information on when stuff was submitted/when our case was updated.

January 7th: Completed DS-160

January 8th: Had medical

January 10th: Submitted Notification of Readiness.

January 19th: Case last updated.

I'm assuming that if our interview was scheduled on the 19th when it was last updated, then the letter should have been mailed out and reached my fiancé by now? I'm just super paranoid that for some reason he wont get the letter and will miss the interview date.

According to the K1 London complete guide, the number to call is (202) 485-7600. Does anyone know the hours for this??

I called NVC on 603-334-0888 and they told me when the interview was scheduled (they also told me before that no date had been scheduled and it was just a case of waiting for London)

My last CEAC update was 23rd Dec and I didn't get my letter unti Jan 12th :)
