I guess we're all nervous, it's an important 5 mins! I keep testing myself on possible questions - think I've moved his brother to about 5 different states so far - my brain has developed a leak for things it knows but it'll be fine

I think that's what's bothering the most.. All the waiting and apprehension for an entire 10 mins of interview.

The dress is ready! It was altered over the last couple weeks and I picked it up yesterday. I'm taking it as hand luggage on the plane and hoping a stewardess is kind enough to put it somewhere for me if I cry or something !

Your fiancé didn't get her letter until just a few days before the actual appointment? That's a little worrying... We are hoping to get it a good amount of time in advanced so that bus/train/hotel prices are still reasonable, but I guess there is a strong possibility of that not happening!

Yes Just 4 days before the interview! She sent in the readiness form in at the end of December and had the Medical on the 12th of January. The web site was updated on the 15th and it must of been for sending out the letter and receiving the medical at the embassy I think. Luckily we are ready.

Even though this will probably be the biggest interview of your life, you are ready for it! After all the forms, all the days, weeks, and months of waiting, all the highs and lows, and all the preparation you guys did, it's all going to be rewarded with a big fat APPROVED!

Yes we were ready but did not have the medical done yet, it was booked for the 12th. We figured it could speed things up a little and I was told that they would not schedule the interview until they have the medical in their hands.
