Thanks for that lovely information :star:

I'll get the lady to ring it, my work won't be thrilled if I call from here

And.. don't be disappointed if they say it hasn't been scheduled. My fiancé called 11th Jan, and they advised it wasn't scheduled. But I got my letter on 13th Jan, dated 12th Jan. Not sure whether or not there is a delay with NVC finding out.. But it looks like it could be very soon for you!

Can't believe my interview is a WEEK TODAY.

I already booked a flight.. well, the man did. ;)

Hoping to get the good lady to make the call for me today.

hoping for some good news for you! You can download an app that lets you call internationally for free, provided you are using Wifi. If that helps.

Second the fingers crossed!

For once, I'm not actually stressed about the Visa. I'm confident about the interview. My stress has now transferred to the fact i'm actually LEAVING the uk, and all my family.

Same here, i'm pretty cool about the interview but have started saying goodbye to friends and family ( up here as I leave for Guildford next week) and of course packing up my life - the hardest part so far even though I know they can come to visit and of course I can come back when AP is approved

Feels like everyday right now I am out seeing more friends to say goodbye with no idea when i'll see them again

Its so hard isn't it. Everyone is different. Some more emotional than others. If I'm honest, I only ONE friend I am bothered about leaving. My mum, dad and sister are going to be the HARDEST ones ever to say bye too. I have to hold in tears everytime I think about it. Yes, there is face time.. but it's not the same. :(

Thank you to you both, just asked if she'd mind calling for me.

Not really feeling too badly about being interviewed whenever that maybe.

As mentioned it's thinking about leaving the country, a bit apprehensive about it but it's something i've wanted to do.

Saying goodbye to the close family is going to be the hardest thing, oh and leaving my beloved football club behind i've been going 29 out of my 33 years.

HA !! typical bloke!!

Same here - I feel like I've been given an opportunity. Not only can I marry my love, I can start a new life abroad.

It will just be weird, not being able to see mum after work for a cuppa. :( it upsets me!

Saying goodbye to my Mum is going to be so hard, I am honestly dreading it and don't think I want the family to come to the airport even tho they want to :(

Arsenal, I'm going to miss us winning the premiership and F1 - I love my F1 - we are going to go see the Texas race this year but it doesn't get the coverage that we do in the UK and Indy car is no substitute!

BUT this is what I want for the rest of my life, to be with Joe, I am trying hard to concentrate on the future life we will have and not the necessary steps to get there - for everything I will miss from here there will be something new that I love over there :)

the mother - literally going to be the hardest thing I will EVER do. I told her I don't want the to come to the airport, because she will be a wreck. Dad is taking me - he is not so emotional. Agree with you regarding for everything missed, there will be something loved.

I would regret it more if I DIDN'T go, than if I do.
