Thanks for your help on this btw :)

I'm using the one I got when the DS-160 was completed.

No probs at all!

Does it start with LND? Your timeline doesn't say when NVC received it. I called them after a week and they gave me my case number over the phone. At the bottom of the letter on packet 3 it says your case number - it will start with LND. If it doesn't, it's not right, and the CEAC website won't recognise it.

I am the beneficiary originally from UK !!

01.04.19: I-751 Received @ Phoenix

01.09.19: Check Cashed

02.13.19: NOA Received

04.30.19: Biometrics Completed

Yeah I got the letter with the instructions and the LND reference and the completed I-129F.

Well in that case, I have no idea?! I just checked mine and it worked so it's not a website thing. You are using this link?

https://ceac.state.gov/CEACStatTracker/Status.aspx?eQs=WwjqOlbeRYzCYubaSQI+RA==

I don't mean to sound patronising but if you've got packet 3 it should come and it will say "ready". Has it worked in the past?

It worked with the original case reference, the LND said it was good to go.

Tried the link and it's still coming up with no status, although it has the date I submitted everything.

Confused.com!

Might have to phone by the looks of it.

Just found this on the website:

  • NO STATUS
    • You have completed and transmitted the DS-160 but your application has not yet been loaded into the system by the Nonimmigrant Visa Unit because you have either not attended an interview, or the Nonimmigrant Visa Unit has not yet received your application from the courier.

Action Required: If they have not already done so, you should schedule an appointment to apply for a visa. Please go tohttps://ais.usvisa-info.com/en-gb/niv and follow the instructions.

If you have submitted your application by courier, you should allow 5 workdays for your application to be received by the Nonimmigrant Visa Unit. If it has been more than 5 workdays since the courier took receipt of your application, please contact the Visa Appointment Service at https://ais.usvisa-info.com/en-gb/niv for further information.

Note: If you have transmitted the DS-160 and did not save a copy, you cannot change the form. If you need to make changes, you will be required to complete a new DS-160.

Only completed the form Monday, so i'm guessing that's why reading the first couple of lines.

Ahh ok so maybe the original I129F hasn't been received in London yet? Is that what it's saying?

Is that using the LND reference and selecting Non Immigrant or the AA reference and Immigrant?

The reason I am asking is that if I enter the AA it tells me no status as it doesn't come in to use until the interview - it does tell me that it was created 18/12 which is the date I submitted the DS160 tho?

If its using the LND reference then I have no idea sorry, if you've had the letter from London then they have your file and have added you to the system so I don't know why it would give that status :(

Everything crossed for a smooth and stress free journey

Not a clue in all honesty, I would think they have since I got the letter from the embassy saying they had the approved petition.

Oh well I'll check it a few days and see if there is anything different on there, got the medical tomorrow morning :)

That was using the AA reference on the non immigrant screen, just shows the date it was submitted. That's what I read into the CEAC status on the London website, so looks like I have nothing to worry about as nothing can be done now until I (hopefully) get an interview date.

Thanks :)

YW :)

My LND reference has a status update 23/12 so I figure that is the one they are using

I did what you did and checked using the AA once I had sent the DS160 and nearly had a nervous breakdown but reading the Embassy explanation of status reassured me somewhat...

Now I just obsessively check it about a hundred times a day for the next update which will hopefully be interview scheduled lol

Just for info, the CEAC website is kinda random, I think its as good as people putting the info in!

My status never changed to issued! First thing I knew was an email saying passport packet was at the couriers!!

I've been in the USA 3 months

It confused the hell out of me! Just put the LND reference into the immigrant part and it says ready, so thankfully all cool there :)

Thanks to all that helped me in my hour of panic :)
