Yay! Grats! It'll change to "Issued" tomorrow around midday since that's close of business for London (5pm). Your fiance will receive an email to the email registered when she paid for the interview probably Thursday morning informing her it is with courier and with a link to track it. The link will tell you it will be available to pick up by a date.

Your timeline is the same as mine was in September. It was "AP" Monday, "Issued" Tuesday, email on Thursday to let you know it is with courier, ready for pick up Friday morning from 8am to close. :) I called the courier because I was anxious and it actually gets to them Thursday but obviously processing requires the overnight. I'm 99% sure your fiance should have the visa in hand by Friday. :D Then the flight can be booked!

Congrats! :)

Thanks again!! That sounds good to me!! :D

The CEAC site is pretty hopeless, Mine never changed from AP, i've been in the States for 2 weeks now!

If you've done your interview, they said approved and kept your passport relax, it will happen

London is one of the easier Embassies, low fraud etc

You are all fine lol

Old UK VJ member here but it is the weekend and we decided to check in. As of August Jodie now has her 10 year green card and we made it through the process all by VJ. Never had a RFE and we are two green cards in and have never had an interview.

Now i just have to talk her into keep practicing driving........ At least she finally got her learners permit.

Yes, I'm still not driving despite being here for years, now. For me it's an Aspie thing. I'm currently going through the naturalisation process so will probably learn (or, perhaps I should say, attempt to learn) after that. No biggie. I am (or was, depending) in the same boat regarding no RFEs and no interviews; the naturalisation interview will be the first time I have to attend the latter, and that's only because it's mandatory!

There's that smell again...

This may be a stupid question, but we're just too excited to even think! Haha

Since we selected the "pick up" option, how will we know it's ready to be picked up at the depot that we selected?

Understandable. Congrats! :D

She will receive an email most probably tomorrow informing her that her visa is with the courier and it will also contain a link to track the package. The link directs you to a page that will tell you "Available for pick up from (insert date)." It is usually the following day and it is available 8am to close (6pm?). Try not to wait and go get it that day or it may be released to another depot or courier - some of the horror stories I've seen... but I'm sure she'll be there as fast as she can be, lol. :) Hoping you have it by Friday!

Good news. Visa accomplished!

I'm not familiar with the petitioner name being on a K1. London didn't do that on my husband's. The number starting with A is your Alien Number or A#, which should also be on your NOA2. You will be asked for that in future applications.

IS it in red?

The "A number" is your Alien registration number. It will be with you always.

Thank you, goodnight and may your gods go with you",
