Congrats!!!

Mine changed to Issued on Wednesday, and he got the pickup email on Friday. Had the visa in hand Monday.

AP-> Issued was longer, nov 25 to nov 30. But i assumed that had to do with the 221g processing.

Do you have to pay for the courier service? I've registered and chosen to pick it up from my nearest depot, I haven't yet been asked to pay anything.

No you don't pay to collect from a depot. Only if you want it brought to your address.

Interview for Walgreens went well, got the job pending a pee test and a background check :D

Congratulations!

After all the testing and probing we have all been through in this process a little pee test and background check is nothing. I feel that USCIS and the London embassy know what time I went to bed last Wednesday and what my shoe size is. They know everything about us. Would they not accept your criminal record check from the visa process and the medical results?

Exactly been through a lot to be here already!

They know more about me than some of my friends.

The good lady just said to take a photocopy of the police report with me too, then they've got that too.

Man it feels like I'm limping towards my interview date. Think I'm too focused on it so time is going super slowly, haha. I just want this process to be over

Don't worry, it will soon be here. Time is a funny old thing. I fly out in 18 days, but have had my visa since July (December was always our planned arrival date for numerous reasons). At one point that seemed like a lifetime away. Now it feels like I am running out of time to say goodbye to family and friends, pack, get organised, finish up my current job! I swear, the whole not being able to work initially on a K-1 visa rule is for the benefit of the K-1 applicant - we all need at three months to recover from all this!
