Hi,

All of my mail was addressed to me as FIRSTNAME LASTNAME including my EAD/AP card. Now all of a sudden, they addressed me as FIRSTNAME MIDDLENAME-MIDDLENAME LAST NAME for the green card (i have 2 middle names). My Drivers license is FIRSTNAME LASTNAME. I am scared I will run into problems when proving my identity.

Would I qualify for the I-90 without a fee? What should I do?

Thank you

You have to have your middle names on your green card, it's official US government ID. Just like your passport from France would have your entire full name on it.

You could pay the $450 fee and send in an I-90 to get it changed but you won't be able to get it changed for free I don't think because this isn't their mistake, just how it has to be. All of my husband's official government ID (including his driver's license) has both of his middle names on it because his birth certificate does. (He's a USC.)
