Hi guys my current problem is complicated but this is Visa Journey, someone here have either been through this same scenario or knows someone who have been so i need an advise on this.

During April of last year me and my wife had a serious misunderstanding, (which every married couples go through) I decided to go away for a while, I left the house and rented an apartment for 13 days which I stayed there away from her because the problems we was going through was getting out of hand, but we later resolved the issue and i cam back home but before i did, I had gone online to change my address with the USCIS because they said to report change of address if i have changed address within 10 days. but when i came back home I went back online and changed the address again to my current home address. Now the problem I'm having is on the i-751 form

Page 2 question 22 where they asked this

Have you resided at any other address since you became a permanent resident? (if "yes," attach a list of all addresses and dates.)

Note: I did leave the house in April of last year for about 13 days, and i did report on the uscis site link below

https://egov.uscis.gov/coa/addressChange.do;jsessionid=abcixPl9kRjdWcxEvj3Su

with the information of my address at that time in which i changed when i came back home 13 days later on the same website.

What should me answer be on this question?

do you think it matter i lived at a different address for 13 days and reported it to uscis? should i just check no?

or should i check yes

?

You physically lived elsewhere, and you reported an address change. Why wouldn't you disclose this information?

That's why I'm asking I have no problem doing this except for them to have a reason to give me a hard time because of this

I say declare it, it will show it was only for 13 days and if they ask why just tell the truth. You obviously are back together and that issue is in the past like you said things happen in a relationship/marriage. Just be honest and I think you will be fine.

Report the information If you lie, and they have proof you moved and submitted change of address, what is worse. You can always explain why you have a short term address change versus lying about it.

Dude you just moved for some days and not months. So i guess its ok and i dont think they will arise a question for a matter of 13days.

All that matters is you both are together now. Good luck.

If you moved, and you did (even reporting your move), why would you ever choose "No"? Lying on your application is a wonderful way to get your ROC case denied and have deportation proceedings brought upon you swiftly. Do not ever entertain the thought of committing immigration fraud because you don't think your honest situation will "look good" by being deceptive. Do not expect any one of us to coax you into doing anything untruthful.
