Hi.. how did you request the expedite interview date? did you wait an email from nvc that has your interview date? and call your embassy to expedite?

The case was approve for expedite via email sent to both nvc and embassy. We created profile on ustraveldocs (new system use for some embassy to schedule interview and fingerprints) once embassy received case we put in a request for interview date. Took a week and today we finally got date.

Called the NVC again this morning and they told me that the case was in a read only mode and to call back in a few days?

Is this normal once a expedite is approved? He told me that he can see my DS261 and see that my AOS is paid but nothing more.

Should I treat the date of the expedite approval as the case complete date, which was last friday (March 6)

Yes. The date of the expedite approval may be the case complete date if the Embassy told NVC, they will review the documents.

Otherwise, you wait.
