No joke Hank. I visited once and was honked at by every driver. Wasn't used to the street lights being on poles.instead of hanging on cable. Oops. Or those posts that indicate right of way. Hey,I've never seen that much snow and ice to warrant those style of traffic signals. But to think of philippinos wearing sweaters in the Moa because the Account is a Cold 85 degrees makes me smile to think of.my loved ones screaming the first time we go tubing and the snow hitting there face. GOOD TIMES!

Around the Twin Cities it is normal for temps to drop -20 to -30f during the winter. When I moved up north I had the joy of experiencing actual -61f ..... yikes!
