Biometric screening for AOS

Hi,

can biometric screening be done in another office than appointed in the letter? We're living in NY, Long Island and plan to go traveling to California in March/April. I checked timeframe from last year and it seems like that is when the bioscreening will be set for us. Therefore my question: can I do it in CA?

My husband was the one who was selected in the lottery and he's not going on the trip. Can I do the screening in CA and he in NY?
