im in the process of filling out my ds-160 in application for a K1 visa and with regards to the question "previous trips to the US" im going to visit my fiancée in just over a week for 7 days but the form wont allow me to put any dates past current, so I am trying to find out if I should just not include this trip or should I wait until I return to complete the rest of the form?

any help would be appreciated

Agree with above. It has to be as accurate as possible on the day you submit it. Do it now or do it in two weeks. Either will be accurate.

The DS-160 will be current as of the date you submit it. So if you submit it before your travel and indicate that you did not have previous trips to the US, it will be correct. If you complete the DS-160 after your trip to the US, and indicate so on the DS-160, it will also be correct.
