Omg you guys and gals are such heros for dealing with this with the kids. It's a stressful journey but I'm afriaid I can't tell you it will be sooner. Took us 5.5 months to get NOA2 but then it goes quicker after. Last year some K1 files were moved from TSC to CSC to move along the process and some people did get news a bit quicker that way, but 5-6 months for NOA1 is what USCIS with TSC cases claims is normal.

I pray you are able to visit one another. Best of luck to you!

oh my to be honest if I only knew I'd get it by March Id be so much more at ease but I think the more time passes by the more frustrating it gets simply not knowing !!! Told my fiancé the other day If I see one person again greeting me by sAying " aren't u guys gone yet" then I'm going to go bonkerz I tell u lol but yes breath in and out , and like u I hope and pray we will get our noa2 soon ?

Me and my wife went through Vermont Service Center, (2012-2013) and I thought it was awful, at 186 days, for NOA 2, but you folks at TSC, I really feel sorry for.

How can there be so much difference in two service centers that does the same thing, CSC, and TSC, why not adjust the work load to even things up, and make it fair for everyone?

Just my thoughts..,.,.,.,

I assume bc were the lowest of the low. One of the least priority petitions. They simply don't and won't care unless they're made to care.

It's so disheartening. It's really hard being left in limbo for so long. I can barely contain myself when someone asks me why he's not here yet and I explain it to them for the billionth time. The worst part is no one actually seems to believe me. They just look at me with these blank faces.

I also went through the hell-hole known as the "TexASS service center". After 5 months of hearing nothing we got an RFE!!! "Proof for bonafide marriage". We sent EVERYTHING they asked for with the I-130 petition but anyway a BOX of info was sent to them and about a month later we got NOA2.

It makes me so upset because I see people went through CSC in like a month!!!

Oh my word! Well about six months now! I feel like screaming but yes. So it goes! Everything's hanging. From kids that can't be enrolled at school to me working. Hope to get something soon either the noa2 or a rfe just to know it's moving!
