Really? Can this be? We are stuck at the exact same time frame indicated last September???? And the other centers are going to have no cases pending soos, if I look at the processing time. Tell me it's more a case of some people not updating their timelines rather! I'm totally really not amused. Can't think how other folks feel that applied in July or even before that! # ? sorry just had to get it off my chest!

Looking at your timeline that seems about right. The current waiting time at TSC is 6-8 months as they seem to be processing through July NOA1's right now. But you can only take VJ's timeline with a pinch of salt as many people on here don't update their timelines and even if they do a lot of people don't update them correctly which throws off the data anyway.

Well to behonest with you it's gone from 4-5 months and then 6 and as U said now a person shouldn't even get your hopes up before the 8th month! Urggg no no no! If I knew this id have gotten married when we saw each other and got it over with and just waited same way I do now. At this stage I don't see the k1 being much faster at all. But one of those things guess we have to just sit it out.

I know how frustrating it is and we have a 4 month old son waiting in the middle of this with us but we have just started this process and will be waiting till at least July. It's only been 20 days since we got our NOA1 and I'm already all over VJ blogs reading everything and anything. Keeping hopeful that TSC will sort something out. Best any of us can do is be prepared to wait and in the meantime be as clued up as possible, the K1 visa is just the beginning. But the end will all work out I'm sure. Try to stay positive

Oh I feel you. Also have to kiddies. It's really harder for them to understand. I'm working my last day tomorrow and all I'm being asked is when can we go to daddy since I can't use work as a excuse. ? sometimes think I should avoid reading anything untill I get my noa2 lol oh well let's hold thumbs! ?

Having the little ones in the mix makes it even harder but this is for them as much as it is for us. Keep me updated with your journey. Hopefully if you get your NOA2 around March then things will be promising for the rest of us at TSC. Good luck

Little late to plan now for another for months lol so Yep let's just hope by March there's some good news! Our kids starts school in January and mine can't be enrolled now because of this. Going to be hard to catch up after solong. Im going rather try and stay positive and hopeful for 6 months ?

I filed I-129F in mid Dec/2013 (in TSC), and it was approved at the beginning of Jun/2014,

so it took about 5.5 months, and then it took another 3 months before

my fiancee was able to come to US.

Omg you guys and gals are such heros for dealing with this with the kids. It's a stressful journey but I'm afriaid I can't tell you it will be sooner. Took us 5.5 months to get NOA2 but then it goes quicker after. Last year some K1 files were moved from TSC to CSC to move along the process and some people did get news a bit quicker that way, but 5-6 months for NOA1 is what USCIS with TSC cases claims is normal.

Oh I'm definitely more occupied but seeing my son everyday who looks so much like his dad is what's more difficult for me. And it's hard on his dad not being able to be with him at this young stage. It's hard on everyone on this journey no matter what the situation I know but for a parent to be away from their children, it isn't pleasant.
