One more thing. My husband (petitioner) is a naturalized US citizen. He has checked the US citizen box.S hould he provide alien number or write N/A? I searched VJ forums but only getting contradictory answers. Though my intuition is saying to write N/A still just want to double check. Thanks for taking your time to help me. Really appreciate.

Well, I think it should be left blank, but to avoid a checklist from the NVC, you should probably put N/A.

Scanned copy of PCC is okay to send to NVC?

It appears so. You should check out the NVC wiki here. I have zero experience with submitting documents to the NVC.

My joint sponsor is self emloyed. In the current annual individual income what should we enter? I have seen in VJ forums that the amount from the latest year's tax returns. But he has not filed 2014 taxes yet. So, can we enter the actual income from 2014 and provide a CPA statement with that as a proof?

You can put the income amount from line 22 of their most recent 1040, which is still their 2013 return since that is the one they are submitting. As long as it meets the requirement for their household size plus the immigrant, then it should be fine. They can go ahead and include the statement from their account too.

Joint sponsor is self-employed. They would not get a letter from their employer, as they do not have one. What type of employment letter would they have?

Well, that shows he works for them at least, but it does not help prove his income. Would not hurt to include it.
