I-130 Packet 3; Tax return copies or transcripts accepted?

I have a question about providing copies of my tax returns when I file my packet 3 which I hope to receive within the next month. I am just finishing my 2014 IRS tax return form 1040 which I intend to file next week. According to the IRS website, transcripts are not available from the IRS for up to 8 weeks after you file. Will they accept a copy of my 2014 return as filed without a transcript? Should I also send copies of my 2013, 2012 and 2011?

Also, I receive income from an S-Corporation that I own 100%. Will they ask for my IRS form 1120S corporation return as backup to my form 1040?

Just send the IRS transcript from 2011-2013. IRS transcript for 2014 can be provided during interview.

If you think you really need to send 2014, you can send the tax return, but you must also send a copy of w-2 with it. Tax transcript does not require copies of w-2's. You should be ok just using 2011-2013 tax years.
