As with the dora threads that Yu and Dan gave you... you dont actually send it in but make an infopass appointment at Dallas. There you will present all of your AOS package and basically you have your interview at the same time.

Take the time to read through all of the DORA threads then google and the USCIS website.

I 130 & I129F (K3) and AOS info in timeline

I am in san Antonio. I too would like some information about to submit the AOS application for the green card. How and where to submit our application??

For San Antonio, you'll submit your packet to Chicago like everyone else.

Conditions Removed! Ten-year green card received 6/24/2009. No more USCIS for a very long time.

Okay it's really confusing, cause everyone on here says go through Dallas office....USCIS operators tell me send it to Chicago. if USCIS is wrong then I've been told by 4 different operator that I should send it to Chicago All AOS packages go through Chicago, was what I was told. HAS ANYONE HERE WHO IS IN THE DALLAS REGION DONE EITHER?????

DORA is a pilot program that the people at the Miss-information line may not know about. They are merely operators who read off of scripts.

Read the links that Yu Dan gave. or google the DORA program.

From what I understand, USCIS is evaluating the use of immediate interviews to weed out fraud, then doing all of the paperwork after the fact. If you are in the region where the DORA program is being tried. I would recommend this program. You will avoid some of the uncertainties we have had:

Did they get my checks?

RFE's

Why does it take weeks to transfer a file when they use DHL?

Will I need to be interviewed and when?

That being said, if you are within the pilot program, make an infopass appointment to submit your AOS and any other concurrent filings (EAD,AP) you are doing.

IMHO
