Dont worry about vacines, when you pay medical exam inclu the vacines.

They know wich one we need.

If the person doesnt have vacines records it doesnt matter, you go and they know wich one you need.

I went without vacines records.

Be sure that fiance take the vacines here, when you pay they ask if you want the vacines here or at usa .

Be sure that he or her says here and pay them here.

Taje the vacines is optional for k1, but it is better take tem here, at usa are more expensive, good luck

Can someone verify what vaccinations are required when you get your medical examination to allow entry into the U.S.? Are all required from the list below? This will increase the medical exam significantly.

Hepatitis A

Hepatitis B

Influenza

Influenza type b (Hib)

Measles

Meningococcal

Mumps

Pneumococcal

Pertussis

Polio

Rotavirus

Rubella

Tetanus and diphtheria toxoids

Varicella

I thought that it raises the cost of the medical exam from $190 for adult and $150 for child to nearly $400 for each. That is really high and I can get most of those vaccines for free here once they are here and on my insurance. I was reading other's questions and they said that there is some conflicting information on the website, one saying vaccines were optional and the other providing the list I provided stating they were required before being allowed to enter the U.S.

Medical exam with all vacines is generally 350 dollars.

Abd belive me you arent going to find the vacines free there, because if your fiance doesnt take the vacines here he needs to go to one doctor authorized by uscis, you cant go where you want.

Generalky that doctors charge 600 dollars.

Doctors for immigration purposes are authorized by uscis and sometimes tgey are far way from people live.

So it is bettwr pay here 350 dollars for medical and vacines and no 600 dollars there.

For k1 vacines are optional, but as i have said are more expensive there.

Just read or make a new post asking where is better take the vacines if at usa or at the home country.

I have 2 years in this forum reading and learning.

OK... Got it... Didn't know they had to go to specific USCIS doctor over here in the US. Thanks for that. OK... so, while I have you around to pick your brain, I just called the NVC and received the case number and invoice number. It hasn't been sent to the consulate yet. But, I am able to complete the DS160 online right now. Why do I have to wait for it to arrive to the consulate in order to pay for the visa fee and schedule the interview so they can take the medical exam?

Every time I look online to see the next scheduled interview date it's getting further and further away. This morning it said 3/19 and in the afternoon is said 3/23. I was approved on 1/22 and was hoping that I'd schedule the interview for this month. I just want to get the interview scheduled.

If you know your case number, you can fill out ds-160.

Then wait that the case arrived to Santo Domingo, once in Santo Domingo you create a profil at ustraveldoc.com print the pay with the fee and go to pay at banco popular, after that go back to the prorfil at ustravel to schedule interview and appoinment at vca.

Sometimes people has little problem trying to schedule because the system doesnt let you do it and say case number no found, just keep trying until be succefull , the system do that because your case number hasnt been updated on the system once they updated you can schedule.

For best results call to the new phone, they can help you schedule on the phone:

703 988 3414 from usa.
