I have been seeing Dermatologist for skin issue.

The prescription creams are very expensive.

My husband just went and the first prescription the dermatologist wrote was going to be $80+/month with insurance. So, the pharmacy called the doctor and he's got one that is like $4/month now.

And what's the name of the wart cream? :)

:sleepy:

He's just got some eczema. Not even a week with the cream and it is looking a ton better.

My insurance is high deductible, so I have to pay out-of pocket until I reach the deductible.

http://www.drugs.com/discount-card/get one of these. They aren't a scam, it took my husband forever to believe me that they work, but only after the pharmacist told him that yes they do.

So he is getting generic brand prescription instead?

The dermatologist said he is going to give prescription to a compounded medication pharmacy which will cost much cheaper than getting from Walgreen, local pharmacy.

I shall see if it is true or not.

Yes that is all I did, now they mail them to me too.

My inhalers with the discount card turned out to be almost the same price as our old drug plan.

We no longer have drug coverage either so I compared the prices a few months before we lost it.

Yeah......Obama care is great.......

My plan is still the same, but now it takes a heavy toll on the company. New hires medical coverage is meager.

I only like it because it benefits me right now.

 Thanks for subsidizing our healthcare rich man.

My husbands company cut back so much on what they covered it was costing us more to keep it then pay out right to go to the doctors.

So we switch to the high deductible and that's almost 14k

You are offered better plan than the newcomer?

Seems like in US, it is better to die.. or still die paying the medical bills.

I think it might be a different medication, but I'm not 100% sure.

Honestly, wanna fall asleep? Read the wall street journal, or crains, or yahoo finance. Guaranteed to put you under.....

Most of our special pre-owned toilet seats are so comfortable that it's like sleeping with your hindquarters on a fluffy pillow, whee man. Personally tested and vouched-for, si man.

We should have a special 2nd anniversary commemorative edition of the rant.

Every one of my posts is commemorative, si man. Each also deserves a +1 for that and multitudinous other reasons, si man and good GOOD Asia.

This thread [...] needs the monkey guys borrrrrrring posts......

They'd be boring only if the topic were drills, termites, wood screws, et al., see man.
