A proper sewer main pitch is 1/4 inch every 4 feet. How deep is the vertical that goes into the ground under the house?

1- you won't be able to use the probe method because of the rocks.

I doubt it. He got suckered, we will fix it up the way I like it it will just take time. Roof is next on my list I did some electrical and changed the taps in the kitchen.

We actually dug down pretty deep. If we new the sewer line was there we would of waited on the patio. Of and we just made the patio bigger they already had one out there.

The program is in place now. But with solar panels. The singles technology is out, they just have to incorporate it into the program.
