We went to Punta Cana, Dominican Republic, All-inclusive resort

The bavaro beach is nice, miles and miles of walking/running on the beach

We saw the heart shape coral reefs while parasailing.

Ok, so this buffoon of a mayor yesterday told everyone that it was gonna be the mother of all storms, the worst one to hit NYC in the history of mankind. He locked down the city. Started a panic at the markets and gas stations.

Then we got 8 inches of snow. Made himself look like a clown, again. Boston's mayor was better.....Boston's mayor made NYC's mayor look like a monkey.

Any level headed leader woulda said "look folks, it's going to be a very bad one, perhaps one of the worst, please be prepared and stay safe, the city will utilize all our resources"

But what this idiot said was "this is a storm of historical proportions, the worst one ever to hit NYC"

Wt-f is that for a mayor to say? That's something to be said after the storm.

So this idiot starts a doomsday panic. Gas lines? Really? So let's just say there's 3 feet of snow on the ground, and you have a full tank of gas in your car, where are you going to go?

He locked down the city, called in the national guard......

He can be compared to that other amateur, nagins? New Orleans, remember he ordered 50,000 body bags after hurricane Katrina? And there was about a hundred dead?

So now he furious at the national weather service. Just like he was blaming the press for the 2 dead cops.

This is what happens when NYers are too comfy, and we have a record low voter turn out. He was elected with 19 or 23% of the votes.

Even if it was a storm of historical proportions the difference between clearing 18 inches of snow and 3 feet is not that big. It isn't like 5 feet of snow or something.

You live in the Northeast and you expect snowstorms. No biggie.
