egg dhaal (sort of like a lentil curry)

spicy pickled eggplant

deep fried bittergourd seasoned in chilli and turmeric powder

with rice. :)

We went to Punta Cana, Dominican Republic, All-inclusive resort The bavaro beach is nice, miles and miles of walking/running on the beach We saw the heart shape coral reefs while parasailing.
