Hey steve, you asked what pumping had to do with maternity leave, if you breast feed, a lot. Pumping is not possible for all people but maybe breast feeding is important to them. Having a year of materity or parental leave enables you to provide for your baby.

Nah. I'm busy with school, houseguests, other business. I looked at a calendar at lunch time, decided VJ took up too much o my time, so I'm begging off. I need the daily naps !

07-2008 = Daily calls to DOS: "currently processing"; 8/05 = Phoned consulate, got Section Chief; wrote him.

08-07-08 = E-mail from consulate, promising to issue visa "as soon as we get her passport" (on 8/12, per DHL).

08-27-08 = Phoned consulate (they "couldn't find" our file); visa DHL'd 8/28; in hand 9/1; through POE on 10/9 with NO hassles(!).

Remaining Thursday report, remain man:

Hit a great Many severe potholes both there & away, suspension man.

New T-B.-mobile seems to have weathered them, so far so good man.

Today last day of Chamber of Commerce weather for a while, forecast man.

Won't even reach Many (2x2x2x2x2x2-2-2) degrees F. on Friday, probably man.

However, rain should hold off till Saturday eve or night, full GS* itinerary man.

Played trains with rapidly fading Mini-B., wee pre-zzz man.

Played Wrappers with delighted cat, purr miu man.

Omg f work this week. No matter how hard I work, I'm always behind. It doesn't help that I'm not working full hours (Tuesday was 4 hours... today is 6)

Nope. As it is i should be cutting time.

Oh and they want to work ONE day overnight next week and make up the time during the rest of the week. I'll let you know if they were more productive.
