My kid doesn't really drink milk and had soy formula. I think there is enough ample evidence that the benefits of cow's milk are overstated and it might in fact be bad for you.

We drink Lactaid, but it isn't cheap either. It isn't sold in a full gallon, I believe, maybe about 0.74 gal and it is like $5.60 for that?
