no space for guinea pig's cage...

hahahah , put it in the bath-tub when not in use (the cage, that is)

since it smells like yer living in such a small place, I suggest you give up on pets for the nonce.

Darklar = Sanford and son.

Nope. My places look nice, not have 'that clutter' around, at all. Sure, I've ONE place I use for storage of materials, but it's nice.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !

1. no wonder all your musician friends were so dirty, they musta showered at your place

2. hamster tank already taking up the entire TV bench (aka we no longer have a TV bench, just a hamster tank bench), don't want to add another small animal into the mix

Tank? you wanna use a tank and not a cage? ok - that's different, sorry.

as to my 'musician friends' - mines were into classical music performance, usually stringed instruments or vocalists, not any early-twenties pop/rock/grunge folksen. Were they as dirty as your husband's friends? No, sorry. Still, it's good you bring some semblance of order into their lives, as I sense they really need it. Someday soon, you'll become the Band's Mom, albeit too early in yer life-cycle. And that's ok. Maybe.

definitely no fixer-uppers for us, we want something move-in ready.

no space for guinea pig's cage...

If you can afford the premium for it, good for you. It's been more than 7 months and I still feel like I live in a construction zone. I keep tripping over the giant roll of carpet....

My guinea pig cage is huge and I have the smallest recommended size for 2 guinea pigs, which I think is a 3x2 c&c cage.

How nice to live near a china town for good chinese food.

Unfortunately, there's about 50 million fooks roaming around the streets of NY right now.

And the criminals know that the fooks have money on them. They become victims of crime.

I need to tote around the pistola everywhere I go....

what band?

going to look at more houses. i'm already dreading it lol. talk to you guys later.

ooh maybe the new apartment will have space for a piano.

Good luck! We looked for houses from May to Sept to finally find one that our offer was accepted on!

I can't imagine living anywhere else though.

Maybe because my mother's hobby was house shopping or maybe it was all the places I had seen when working at a real estate office, but I had pretty much picked out this house online (and a couple of others in town just to be sure), flew here, saw it and knew right away it was the one...

Besides some irritating things, I do love this house.
