Don't want to find myself unemployed at Many.

Never fear, no ma'am: Women are their actual age (Many) until they're Many, and then they're Many until they're Many, and then they're Many until they die, see ma'am. Ergothuswithforthly (legal term thrown in), if you're already Many and you're employed, by definition you cannot find yourself unemployed at Many, see and no ma'am.

Arose at o'dark-Many to take the Mrs.-T-B.-mobile for an oil change, job of husband man.

Mini-B. & Mrs. T-B. sawing wood, she and wee zzz man.

Again took own oil & filter and was again charged only $Many, deal man.

Had enough time to gas the Mrs.-T-B.-mobile, job of husband man.

Returned hour later; Mini-B. & Mrs. T-B. still sawing wood, she and wee still zzz man.

Mrs. T-B. sleepy but later appreciatory, she man.

Mini-B. [sleepily & indignantly, wee man]: "You can't kiss me, Daddy -- I'm watching TV!

Informed Mini-B. about multitasking, corporate pre-training man.

Mini-B. not persuaded, no wee man.

No traffic on Presidents' Day, no traffic man.

Colder than the dickens outside, frigid man.

How about a town home?

I read that condo or apartment needs to pay high association fees.

I was just told that buying a house now need to pay 20% down payment in order to avoid paying mortgage insurance.

i haven't really noticed a difference between the HOA fees for condos and townhomes here. some of the places we were looking at have under $200/mth HOA fees, that include w/s/g. some are higher, but include cable TV, lawn service, etc. we already trashed the ones that are $300-400 but only include earthquake insurance :lol:

oh...just found a tapeworm on kitty's butt. i'm so grossed out. :(
