some companies are very generous with maternity leave. Like 12 weeks paid and many months leave. But in my own opinion, I really do see it as scamming. I get it, they want to spend time with their babies. If that's the case, stay home, quit. But if they want to keep their careers, then they also have a responsibility to the company that treats them so well. Loyalty is owed.

But if the company is generous to the mother, she is generous to the company as well. It's a two-way loyalty.

Over here a paid maternity leave is 6 months (payment 100%) or a year (payment 60%), whatever you choose.

Sure when mother is out of the company for a year, there has to be some kind of substitute for this time, which can cause some hassle, but is there another way to let people to have babies if they don't have any support from their companies?

Sure, you can always make babies like crazy and stay being poor, jobless and go on a welfare. But that's not the healthiest way to solve this issue, is it?

Maternity leave in Japan? Upto 6 weeks after birth.

Most women here become housewives after having a child. Children take priority here. Many sexless couples here after childbirth, hence the steep decline in young people getting married (no sex, greater financial responsibilities for males etc)

So, before I even got in, the office girl tracked down the cameras, it was at the shop, in Manhattan. They swear up and down that we picked it up years ago. She laid into them and they found it by tracking the serial numbers. 2 cameras, 4 lenses.

We have cameras in hand. End of business dealings with......um....wth is the name of this Taliban company......
