I received our packet 3...I am working on the dates I have been in the USA..

1..Do I have to have EVERY visit posted ? I think I'm pretty close but not sure on all my dates

2..My fiance is starting a new job in another state in 3 weeks, and I'm going to go with him to helpcare for his elderly dad. This job is just for a few months(4-5)until he decides if we r staying due to his aging father. What do we state as his employment and our address ? We will be coming back to his hone here in florida every 4 weeks to do home maintenance etc until we decide if this is a permanent job/move

3. I can't get a proper picture for my DS-160?

4.IT says I can email my forms to them to speed up the process..... WHAT FOR FORMS ???

I would call them but they are closed for 2 days due to MAJOR SNOWSTORM.

THANKS YOU ALL for your help???this site is AWESOME
