Individual employers asking for degree evaluation - expensive!

Hi,

I am searching for teaching jobs at the college level and many institutions ask for a degree evaluation with the initial application. From my understanding this entails paying around 300 dollars for the evaluation to be sent to the specific employer (you don't seem to be able to get a general one sent to you that you can send out to institutions).

This seems very steep considering I will be applying for many jobs. Does anyone have experience of this - or know of any way to get around it?

yeah it will be definitely be expensive if employer needed to be sent individually. But for application you can use transcript which WES provide and it won't be that expensive. I think at the time of final interview, you can provide evaluation result directly to the employer. I am not sure though.

My friends were applying for doctoral program in university at that time, they just provided the transcripts and in final round they have provided the evaluation results which was sent by organisation who was evaluating. But read about this on google.
