Anyone have any idea where I can download a DS2001 so I can fax it to the Bogota embassy for our iterview process? It has been 1 1/2 weeks since Bogota received our packet from NVC so I am guessing it has been inputted already...........Thanks Matt

DS-2001 is a Embassy/Consulate specific form so if it is not on the website for that consulate then you may not be able to locate it.

The form tends to be a checklist of items needed to be brought to the visa interview by the beneficiary.

EXAMPLES:

Brazil: http://www.embaixada-americana.org.br/evrybody/ds-2001e.pdf

China: http://guangzhou.usconsulate.gov/uploads/i...A/2._OF-169.pdf

Unable to locate the one for Columbia.
