Hey Vjers,

I'm a bit confused about ustraveldocs.com as to when we need to register for it.

I was looking at the pdf (need to select HCM (ho chi minh)

http://travel.state.gov/content/visas/english/immigrate/immigrant-process/interview/prepare.html

Do you register before or after your interview?

"As soon as you have been notified that you are entitled to apply for a visa to immigrate to the United States, please IMMEDIATELY visit the website www.ustraveldocs.com"

it sounds like you need to do it after the DS-260?

You can register for an account anytime you want, but to complete the profile, you will need the DS-260 confirmation number. Those 2 things are independent of each other.
