Questions about I-485 and G-325A as a DACA

Part 2 Application Type

If he has DACA and a stamped I-94 and we are filing a I-130 along with the I-485 what should be his answer for this section?

B/C15
I am not sure if this is under section B or C, but #15 asks for name and address of present employer. Would that be my information (Petitioner) or his information (beneficiary)?

G-325A (Petitioner)

For File # A at the top am I supposed to fill in his USCIS#?

For Applicants last address outside the US, I have never lived outside the US, do I put none, N/A or leave this blank?

For last occupation Abroad, again, I have never worked outside of the US, none, N/A, or blank?

In the bordered box at the bottom where it has (Alien Registration #) do I fill in his number or do I leave this blank as I am an American citizen?

G-325A (Beneficiary)

File #A would this be his USCIS#?

It asks for his parents information, his mother resides in the US illegally. Would it be best to leave this blank or to put unknown?

For last address outside the US of more than one year, it has been over 15 years since he resided outside of the US, do I need to try to find that address or can I leave this blank/none?

For last occupation abroad, he came to the US at age 7, he never worked abroad. Can I leave this blank/none?

B/C15: I think you are referring to form I-130 Section C: information about your relative. The title says it all ;-).

G325A (petitioner): If you've never had an address outside of the US or worked outside of the US then you would write "none." Don't leave the box blank. The officer won't know if the answer is "none" or you just forgot to fill it in. This application is all about you. So if you don't have an A number put "none.". His A number should not be on your form at all. He has his own form with his own information.

G325A (beneficiary): his USCIS number is his A number.

Putting his mom's info on this form will in no way affect his mom. Do not worry. Nothing will happen to his mom.

He had an address outside of the US so "none" would be an inaccurate response. Either go with unknown or just fill in the information you do know, city, state, country, ect.

If he never had a job outside of the US then it would be "none."
