AOS Invoice Problem

But if you call them and tell them you've submitted it, they have been reviewing people's over the phone lately. Better to try calling than you wait unnecessarily for 30-50 days.

you are a lifesaver! I called up NVC to ask regarding the IV fee and the operator said she now has checked/updated it and will receive an email regarding the fee at the end of the week. :) I checked the invoice page for mine and now the IV fee does not show "not invoice" anymore and it is just blank now.. seems like persistence in calling them pays off :P thank you!

If that's something that people have been able to do, then that's fantastic.

Obviously my journey is over until my ROC in March so anything new from the NVC standpoint comes from their website and from people like you. ;)

TwoChickies was right, I guess calling them up does speed up the IV fee. :D
