Who is having their interview on February 12 at USEM? I am starting to have sleepless nights again..

Also what worries me is my husbands' AOS is not yet here with me. He mailed it last January 4 but until now it is not yet delivered. So I told him to send me another one which he did a while ago. I am starting to get nervous.

Sorry, I just want to vent out. It gave me terrible headache.

If he mailed it don't expect it to arrive as most packages and letters never arrive. If you want something use FedEx but be prepared to spend $100.

The worst thing to happen is you get a 221g and submit later. In the meantime have him email you a copy and take that with you. Should be fine. Now relax and control what you can.

Can I present the AOS to consul even if its not the original? I thought they need an original signature at the last page of AOS?

I sent several packages to Manila from Vermont using DHL. Cost 62 bucks per envelope with a maximum of like 15 documents enclosed, and believe it or not arrived after only 3 (three) business days every single time. Very consistent.

They like to have an original but if he sends you a good clean scanned copy and you print it on a good quality printer I think it should past. Sometimes in their haste they don't look for that detail, only that it has been signed. Have him send DHL the original that way you are assured you will be ok. Your choice.

And, like I said, the worst that can happen is you get a 221g and your delayed a few weeks.

Hi i just had my interview yesterday. AOS is what i was worried week before my interview i got even sick stressing about it cuz i didn't get the original copy hence my fiancé did send it on Jan 9th via usps express delivery and yet haven't received it. What i did was just brought me a copy even w2s 1040 pay stubs was just a copies but good thing they didnt ask for originals. It all went well.

Just relax everything will be fine.

My husband just sent the docs thru usps hours ago before I starte this thread. I tried to track it online and it is in transit. Hope and pray that it will get here on time. USPS said 3-5 days delivery.

Haha. I got fever last night maybe overthinking about the AOS. The first one that he sent me is not an express mail thats why we were not able to track it online. But the one he sent hours ago is an usps international express mail so we are able to track it and says in transit. Did u try to track urs online? What did it say? I am hoping to have it by next week. USEM needs the original AOS form cause we have a minor mistake in the form and asked us to bring a corrected one in the intrview.

USPS mails are handled by Philippine Post so that's your keyword there...avoid PhilPost if you dont want your package to be there safely. Fiancee sent all documents on a Monday via Fedex and it arrived on Thursday noon. She paid 170 dollars ..but we'll take 170 dollars than having sleepless nights over uncertain packages.

Don't know that I would ever use the mail, because once in the Philippines that is.... *ugh* ... PhilPost.... and they never deliver.

It will not matter as it still dependent on the Phil postal service which is UNRELIABLE as in it will never get there. So bite the bullet and use DHL. Save yourself all this misery that your experiencing now.

You're over thinking and causing yourself undue agita*. When you look back at this process your going to laugh at yourself for being so stressed when it never was needed.

*(agita. 1.Heartburn or gastric distress. 2.Giving you more aggrevation than you can stand)
