Are you asking how long it takes for them to update your status about receiving the RFE and reviewing? It only took a week after they received our response to change the online status to Evidence being reviewed. It took almost 4 months to finally schedule an interview. With their new case status online check they may not have a Evidence Under Review status anymore and it may go straight to interview to be scheduled OR you may not even have an interview. Good luck!

Hello,

I think if you received you EAD it is means they have accept your response for request for evidence.

Soon you will have interview.

I have received my EAD card exactly same time than you, but my interview was on january 20, maybe you will be sheduled soon.

Be patient, if they didn't accept, they send you new RFE.

good evening, i hope it is accepted, it is seems like that.

I wouldn't worry just yet. I know the added an online "Submit a Case Inquiry" link on the check case status page under "Related Tools". I used that when we were at the 4 month mark and received a quick reply via snail mail. Try that! Good luck!!
