I am in the process of filling out this form, it doesn't mention whether or not to leave spaces blank. I currently don't have life insurance, so do I write $0 or just leave blank?

I also have a question regarding line 11. I obviously will be supporting my fiance until he receives EAD and can work, but this makes it sound like an allowance I would be giving him? So do I select intend and then say that I will support him until he can legally obtain a job?

It is always best to fill in the spaces when possible. I used N/A for not applicable in many of the spaces but in the case you refer to above, when it requires an amount you are best to use $0.

For #11 I wrote that "since we intend to marry, i will be supporting (fiance's name) in all ways until he may legally work in the USA. This will be a permanent assistance until he may legally work."

Good luck!

You can leave any or all parts of the assets section blank.

Question 11 does not apply to K-1 visa cases so it does not matter how you answer it. The best answer is to leave it blank and write in the line below: N/A K-1 VISA PROCESS.

Thank you! Another question I have is, about the savings in banks, would that include money in my savings and checking account combined? Also, would a mutual fund be a part of the stocks and bonds line on assets?
