Approval was on jan14 teddy so it took almost 2 weeks

The USEM website says to contact them after 10 days if no visa delivered. I presume that means 10 work days.

We interviewed on 14jan as well, so with the weekends and holidays I figure we are on the 7th work day now.

You only need an appointment for the seminar, after that is completed take the certificate to where they issue the sticker and all is good (believe there is one more form to complete for the sticker)

Hank , I have a question, I have a k2 who is 10 y/o. she is exempted to attend the seminar, right? Do I need to register her online? or I will just complete the form that is needed for the sticker? And bring it with me on the seminar?

I opened it and used a scissor to cut, is it ok that I opened the whole plastic but not the yellow envelope? If I will only cut a small how can I get the immigrant data to get a copy?

Yes that is fine. But be careful with the yellow envelope. ☺️

Here is info from CFO (info in my guide)

Exemptions from PDOS and Peer Counseling Seminar

For children 12 years old and below are exempted from attending the PDOS. They must, however, be registered, even if by proxy. The following additional documents are required if the proxy is not the legal/natural/adoptive parent of the registrant.

  1. Original and photocopy of one(1) of valid identification card with photograph of the proxy
  2. Special Power of Attorney authenticated by Diplomatic Post if parent/s/ or guardian/s are based overseas; or a duly notarized authorization letter executed by parent/s or guardian/s while in the Philippines.
  3. Other documents that may be required by the registration officers.

And of course you need the passport with visa to get the sticker, along with copies same as for K1
