What Documents do I need to process the Spouse Visa for my wife

I married my wife 7 months ago here in Philippines and I stayed in Philippines with my wife for almost 7 months and I"ll be going back to California and I need to know what Documents do i need to process the Spouse Visa for my wife in Philippines.(She will say in Philippines until she gets her Visa) And what Official Documents does she need to keep.

I know she needs her Passport, IDs, Original Birth Certificate, Marriage Certificate. Is there anything else she needs and what do I need to take with me to the states other than my IDs (Passport). Marriage Certificate, birth Certificate..

Once back in the US, file a IR1/CR1 petition for your wife. You can check but you're probably not eligible for DCF if you'll be living in the US soon. You bring back all the documents you mentioned. In addition to photos and trip evidence of your relationship, complete a Form G-325a with her signature. And get a few (5-8) Affidavits of Support from friends or family (parents\siblings\cousins\uncles\friends) that attests their knowledge of your marriage.
