When did you have your medical? How long did you have to wait for your interview date? My fiance just had his medical last week and we're praying that he gets an interview soon so he can be here by March. Good luck to you

Rosie, I had my interview Feb 7th, recieved packet 4 on 21st Jan, so not too long a wait now x

They weren't happy with the evidence that Id has some of my vaccinations so that's a bit of a drag :/ other than that all went smoothly! Hoping I get an appointment really soon!

Can you elaborate on what they weren't happy about? I mentioned this in the Knightsbridge thread but my vaccination list is just a piece of paper with the name of the GP at the top, my name then a detailed list of the vaccinations I'd had and what date it was.

Sorry I didn't reply to you in the Knightsbridge thread because I've posted this in so many places I figured you'd seen it already!

Essentially I only had dates for the boosters not the originals for MMR and dTap so those were rejected annoyingly. Im trying to get the dates for ALL of them whilst they process my blood work but I just dont want it to be held up at all.

So for example it said:

MMR 1 Complete

MMR2 Complete (date)

But they wanted both dates.

I didn't have a letter head or signature and had no problems with my other vaccs. Hope that helps.

Thanks! I tend to dwell in the UK forum mostly, a lot of the threads get moved out of the K-1 forum! I appreciate your response. Ok, so I think my records will be accepted since it's got dates on all starting from the day I was born. Cheers again.

Relieved that this is the case for you! Was a bit of a nightmare, both the reception and the nurse I saw were so rude to me!

Oh man, I'm sorry you had a bad experience . The girl on the phone who I called seemed a bit blunt, but I managed to get her to laugh so I think she warmed up a bit then. Did you get your records from the GP? I hope you can track down those dates.

Yes I think they just assumed that having both complete and a date for the more recent would be enough (which in my opinion it should be). They tried to get me to pay to have the vaccinations again then and there but I'm quite wary of vaccinations as it is and I certainly wasn't going to have ones that I've already had in sufficient amounts!

I see, I said to my GP just give me all my records since I was paying £10 for it! You're right to be cautious, it's not right to get more vaccs done if you've just have a booster. Surely they should have known that o_O. Are you ready for your interview now?
